Why even live?
To serve God? That's the point of their religion and i can't judge.
Though, I still have always wondered how cloistered religious orders justify their need to exist.
Are they of the opinion that what they're doing is the only way to serve God? Would anyone not doing what they're doing not be admitted to heaven in their opinion?
If I wasn't joking, that's what I'd mean by "what's the point?"
Because lets be real, 8 hours of prayer twice a day means you literally never accomplish anything of value or produce anything of value in your life.
