He walks up and down the road there, he doen't stay in his house.

Mostly around his house but he´s walking back and fourth at main road too. Sometimes he´s standing at the fence where entrance too stables are.

Legit walked everywhere, I've been looking so long it's night now

I think I found him, but there's no prompt to talk to him? He stands by the stable entrance but i can't talk to him

You need to get the medicine from Sassau in order to be able to speak with him again.

My first go through with the game ... I had a similiar problem. Try saving then reload. That solved it for me. My problem now, second go around, is the loading of the cut scene would hang once I was able to interogate the prisoner. Very anoying.

My was on the top-right of world map. In the middle of nowhere. Check map marker. I have not a tiny idea, what he did there
