Rocketeer quest broken? (Spoiler)

So when waiting on the assassin he just doesnt turn up and I looked up online how to do this quest, just to make sure I wasnt doing it wrong but i was doing it fine, ive tried like 5 times he just isnt appearing.

Are you waiting in the stable/storage room? At Midnight? I had to restart my previous save 2 times, and go early and skip time to right before midnight.

had same problem, reloaded and knifed him in inn room

For me he came at 30 to midnight. He won't be taking the walking path and will start to sneak in once he is past half of the garden. So watch out from distance you will seem him coming

after u receive the Quest,wait till midnight and walk over to right from door and u see horse stand there,walk on path and u see alchemist(forget his name) stalking around,talk to him,after that wait 24 hours to next midnight 24 a.m,wait on tree in front of house door(quest giver) and u see the suspect walking on path behind u.

Sit in the barn at wait. He should appear if you did it right.

All good advice up there. Thank you. After a few hours of waiting for this a$$a$$whole, had enoguh. Just going to wait kill this shady Peychar warson at the Inn, or wait for him to wake up.... He sounds guilty! in Conversation he spoke of Konrad Kyeser... "we were friends" he says about Konrad (Brian "fucting" Blessed)! were....were... friends? hahaha Playing on the Xbox1 X... may be a whole different ballgame on the PC

So, it wasnt working for me but maybe I was being impatient, so I would wait til midnight in the barn beside the house and no assassin would turn up. So what i did was waited til the next day then waited til midnight and went on my phone until around an ingame hour later I hear "I will get him" and looked to my screen to see the assassin at his door.

I just did it you have to be in the barn and as an "f you" I killed urban for arresting me the other time I waited
