Quest Baptism of fire Too many of your man have died

Please help someone. I played two days doing this quest. Can't do this quest because of: "Too many of your man have died". No matter what i do with archers or other. All the time in second part with church. What happened with this quest after patch?

I just completed this quest yesterday...
Everything was fine... I added poison to their food and in the battle I went behind the group of enemies and hit their heads with my mace.

Try to boost your defense and attack drinking some of the bottles that you can buy in Rattay before the battle.

btw failure ins't a impassible wall, find other ways around it, or continue fighitng. maybe there is another main quest to redeem that lose

I poisioned them and burnt arrows and I still cant beat the mission.

Wheer can get it? I see in wideos in start of the mission is much bigger party then my in start of the quest(

I'v tried to load earlier saved game. It's not work. For now i not tried to poison their food...

When fighting, try to be first, kill as many as you can as fast as you can, go behind enemies and attack them while they fight with soldiers. Also try to kill archers on the wall asap. Use best weapon, preferably poisoned. Heal between fights if needed.

Scout camp before battle, sabotage arrows and poison food, that should help alot. Also when talking to Kobyla, tell him that there are loads of enemies, so you get bigest army available to fingt in the battle.

Telling Kobyla that there too much enemies thath's is the answer! Only this help me witout poison and fire!

I could not do it at all after selecting 3/4 option at Kobyla, made it to the boss but gave up, loaded eariler save and went to Bernard for more training. I was missing Master Sword lessons actually, leveled up everything a bit, geared up, bought some boosters and went to spa (I thought it makes you stronger but that was not the case). Then I started with better sword and gear again. And it was like day and night, I was unstoppable at option 3/4. Stab, man down, stab, stab and all archers gone. And the boss was literally one minute fight.

TLDR - make sure you are leveled up, you learned everything from Bernard and you have the best weapons and gear you can afford. Boosts recommended as well.

I come back the next day with radzig and the gang and lowen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ behold there they all are again... and now im in the same predicament as you.... maybe ill try a mace....... try spinning that's a good trick..... The more I play this game the more I despise it
