Where to repair chanfron and criniere (horse head armor)?

Hello. My horse has chanfron and criniere equipped, but where can I go to repair it? Thanks in advance.

You can repair the Chanfron and Criniere (Horse armour) with a Cobbler's kit. So I assume the Cobbler will repair too it if it's badly damaged.

Caparison is fixed with Tailor Kit or at Tailors.

Blacksmith kit or Blacksmith will fix horseshoes.
