How u Fight against 5 People?

you don't, play it smart, like when i find a big bandit camp, take some out with a bow while on horses back (shoot them when they come up close, than retreat a bit and shoot again), this way i took out entire camps before it had enough strength.

I try to separate them. Lure some away from the others. Stealth kill a couple. Maybe plink one with arrows. Not a great idea to try to take on more than 2, at least for me. It's okay to retreat, heal up and take them on again.
I've seen videos of a guy in full plate going berserk on more than 5.

To be honest, what i always do is:
run till they start following me (not to far otherwise they can hit your back) just till they leave their attack stance, i turn, following with a faster attack or heavy. Usually after that you can burst one guy down.

Most of the times you can hit them off guard doing this

Keep moving > enemy off guard > turn > land a quick or heavy attack > repeat.

I've cleared 2 big camps doing this. The one from the captain quest and the other big one in the forest.

Have you actually had to fight that many at once? Usually when I fight multiple enemies only 2 at most will actually try to fight me and the rest will just stand around talking trash. I blame bad AI programming.

later on with more skill you can just bum rush them, before they react you kill 2 or 3. the rest you fight.

like last time i run in, one is sitting there, he get 1 shoted with herold sword, next guy try to get up, "baaaam" headshot with herold sword. i look for archer, run to him and overhead attack, headshot he is dead.
only at that point 2 cumans come toward me ready to fight, after i killed 3 of them already, they went down after some short fight.
if you high lvl enough with good weapon, that how you do most camps.

the brigands in sasau are more though also late game but bandits and cumans you can just rush at some point.

thats how i take out big groups. prefer attacking the idling enemies as the are unprepared to get hit.

beating more than 2 guys is really hard in the early game. At the beginning i also tried to split them apart to fight just one per time.

Scout the area before and find places to divide and conquer them. It's a tactic that causes you to fight 1-2 at a time or around a tree/bushes/rocks/carts/tents so they cannot surround you and reduces the overall affectiveness of the small force you're fighting. Also, in order to amplify the power of such an attack at one specific point, find out where the weakest point or person is of the opposing force and concentrate your entire strategy on taking the weakpoint out. This is in effect an unarmored opponent can be quickly dealt with vs a prolonged fight with an armored opponent in a 2v1 drastically reducing your chances if you focus your effort on the highest defense first.

killed all the intruders in thalmberg in a head-on fight... (~20 bandits). It was very close ^^ but in the end all were dead and to my disappointment hans bled out a few seconds later :D

Bow and headshot some of them :) easiest and fastest way.

Depends on the enemy. Your skill level, what you are wearing and how bad(bloody) you look. Some foes. Like the ones I have been facing. Runaway when they see me. Dispite being 5 to one with me only having slightly heavier armor. Then again. It might be the 6 bandit ears and 1 cuman ear around my neck that makes them runaway. But, basicly what others have said. Divide and conqure when possable.
