Unknown potion?

I found an "unknown potion" on a bandit after I killed him. When I drank it nothing happened. Does anyone have more info on this? Is it what's created if you mess up at alchemy?

Yeah if you mess up on the table you get an unknown.

... yeaahh it is a messed up potion from alchemy ... also found 2 in loot and produced myself some :-)

It can fill your belly a bit. I haven't noticed any effect beside that.

I only drank a couple and nothing happened not even sick.

That's a very special kind of stupid though. Eating/Drinking something unknown.

I was at a gig once where this random guy pushed a cigarette paper wrap in my hand and winked. My mate, another special kind of stupid, grabbed it off me and whacked it down his neck without hesitation.

3 days later he came out of hospital :)
