Rattay Tailor always closed?

Hi all,

Having an issue where in my game the Rattay tailor store always seems to be closed?

He walks around the city and heads to work around 9am however when he goes inside and closes the door it stays as locked (very hard)

Is there any known issues or fixes around this its mostly for repairs that cause the most issues with this

Always open at 11 am in my game.

Ya, they open late and close early. After 11am - 3:30pm ... is about when I can find them open. Once, in awhile I get to see them earlier.

Very anoying.

Yeah this tailor has some serious issues.. His clothes look tattered and opens up late. Propably has some issues at home. Poor lad.
