Rattay apothecary always closed

Hey guys im playing this game on the ps4 and i cant get into the rattay apothecary i was waiting the whole day for it and its always closed...

Try and go there between 10 and 12 and he should be there

Only when you do a certain quest it will unlock. The tailor and armorer are also locked i think

just an idea . i m not sure what happens if you dont but have you paid your debt to him for rescuing you.

There should be a new quest with the owner of that shop. Who can make a living working 2 hours a day? I think he's up to something. Maybe making healing potions for the bad guys on the side? Maybe he's making psychedelic moonshine and selling it on the black market?

You gotta wonder about anyone who works 2 hours a day.

I have an issue with the blacksmith, When i get close to him, he just go to sleep to his house xD
