Stuck with "If You Can’t Beat ’em" (spoilers)

So, I have to find some kind of gang in Sasau. Talked to a few people, did the quest for tanner, but I didn't beat the criminals, I betrayed the tanner instead. Don't know if that's the reason, but they didn't give any info about the gang.

Now, one of sub-quests is to talk to "Wounded Loudmouth" in monastery, but there is no such person. The map marker shows to an empty bed in the room with wounded. I can talk to a few other people from this room, but they aren't connected to this quest.

Also, thee is a miller, but he also demands to do something for him. Is doing quest for him mandatory?

I read the walkthrough, and tried visiting a church at night, but it didn't work.

So, how should I progress?

You have to beat all 4 guys in a fistfight then Punch will tell you to go to the church at night.

oh i hated that. the fist fight was fun. but the church was not. they locked me inside that place :@

Well in my case they gave me a key lol.. But the miller can help you. Just do 3 quests i believe for him and you ll get the next step.
