So, I talked to everyone at the camp. But still doesn't seem to be able to complete the investigation. Anyone knows where the "inspect" objective is? :-)

you just go the the point and look at object and at some area you jsut stand at the marker area till it like checks off itself. either that it got bugged from the update i'm not sure. i finished the game before they did any updating

WEll, I've been standing for about 30 mins and nothing happened

that part i remember you just talk to the guard standing there

oh right i remember running inside all over the place. got knocked into water by some bastards. chased them. killed the person responsible by mistake and looted a sword called grandpa's sword. i'm pretty sure he would of talked to me when we exit

yeah sorry i just edited. run into the mines run everywhre randomly till you get to a cut scene

there should be a guard at the entrence. talk to the guard go into the mine to inspect it. when you run deep enough you'll get into a cut scene.

So after I've been here, I go back to the mines and go into them?

yeah the one where you talked to the guard. just head into the mines and run around. you will activate a cut scene.

run twice trough the entire mine, found nothing...

I have the same problem. I've run through all the mines in the area. The area that activated a cut-scene with a guard: nothing happened here for me. The guard was even invisible during the cut scene, before and after as well. Bugged?

Can someone post a screen shot with map marker where the mine w/ the gaurd is? There isn't a map marker once the cut-scene is complete, so I can't remember which mine it is.

1 mine has water at the end that Henry cannot pass through (Henry says something like "Too bad I can't swim"). There is another tunnel that is really long with 2 different routes - lots and lots of ladders in 1 part of this tunnel. Is it one of these?

Any help appreciated!

It's the Mine where that cutscene triggered, you go up to that marker. And ask for permission to enter or whatevs.
Then go back to that mine where the cutscene triggered and enter it and juts run to the marker inside of it
