Any fix for freezing?
I haven't been able to play the game lately because it just freezes every 30 seconds for extended periods of time, I've been through countless threads and no fix has worked. I've tried the heapsize setting, tried setting my game to high priority, i've tried borderless, windowed, and fullscreen, and I've tried turning V-SYNC off but none of it has worked nor combinations of any of them either.

The freezing occurs when my memory reaches 100% which is strange because most of these threads I've gone through have said it happens when their CPU reaches 100%..

some of my hardware if it helps

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8320 eight core processor with 3.50 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
64 bit operating system with x64-based processor

I hope I can find a solution because this is really annoying, either that or hopefully WH can fix it. I'm pretty sure it's not my system but idk, never encountered any of these problems on any other game I own

Are you running Windows 7 or Windows 10?

I have similar problem. Maybe not every 30 seconds but after 45 minutes of game time, game process stops working for about 2 minutes and then unhangs itself. It obviously happens in worst moment possible like pickpocketicng or starting a conversation.

I have found this online ""Kingdom Come: Deliverance was built using CryEngine 3.8.6 which appears to default to a 31 fps frame rate. This introduces a problem with frame times. Different frames remain on the screen for different periods of time which introduces visual unevenness and stuttering that is constant throughout the game. These frame time problems could be eliminated if maximum frame rate was limited to 30 fps."""

Open the console in the opening menu with `/~ key. Type sys_maxFPS = 30

All those who use AMD FX series processors, include in the BIOS AHCI mod instead of IDE. I was helped by the inclusion of this mode. And I forgot about any problems with friezes for 20-30 seconds on CRYENGINE in general and in Kingom Come, respectively.
Below is a link how to enable AHCI mode

Well, I ran through that guide you sent me and it turns out I was on IDE mode so I switched it to AHCI and so far I haven't had any problems. But i've only been playing for 10 minutes. Hopefully others can find this and fix their freezing

Thanks, I was having alot of freezes, loss of sound during cutscenes and open play and texture lag. After doing this I have played for an hour and so far all the above seem to have been rectified.
