Can I repair a REALLY BAD reputation?

So I visit the town of Sasau a while back only to find out I got -25 reputation with them..

At first I couldn't recall what I possibly had done to piss em off so badly but then I realised I had a mission to get a locked up Cuman down at a mill to the east of Sasau next to the river released. I wanted to escort him to the King or something. Not importent but..!

I f*cked up a speech check with the mill master or whatever they're called. SO I didn't really know how to get the prisoner out. My sneak is terrible. Lockpick also terrible. I'm more of a straight forward guy.. So I did what any brute in my position would do. I beat the sh*t out of the two guards with my fists and managed to get the Cuman out. But after that I noticed Sasau hated me. Noone will talk with me unless I cough up a huge pile of coin for em first.
And so far I haven't been able to fix my relation with the town.
I tried going back to the mill to talk with the guards about sorting our issues out but they just run away at my sight..

Am I f*cked or can this be fixed in some way? Idc how. Fast or slow method. Just aslong something works!

Cough up the coin. Also when you trade with them after give them more money and your rep will go up.

just go to jail on purpose. i had -41 with uzhitz so i punched a guard, went to jail for 3 days or something, came out of jail with positive 16 reputation. not the best but at least people will talk to me.

I had a -99 reputation in Rattay for a while. Turns out if you get caught thieving a lot, people stop liking you. Go figure.

It's at -40 now, after doing quests/activities in the area, and giving vendors more money. Difficult to recover since there's not many quests in the area.
