obviously via combat(if you really wanna rush it beat up Milan in Rattay fist fight arena) or you can go hunting cause archery also awards strenght xp(along with it agility and load of other useful skills)

There is a perk in Herbalism called Leg Strength that adds to strength everytime you gather herbs but that perk is at level 10. The good thing is that Herbalism does go up pretty quick. Another way is to practice fighting in Rattay in the arena, as you fight a lot of different skills will go up. Hope this helps

practice with cpt Bernard using strenght based weapons, or I think you could try boxing with the beggars in Rattay. Both are repeatabe actions. Also using the bow increases strength too I think, so go poaching.

Spamming right click in a fist fight seems to be the quickest way to level it up (or punching livestock).

lol it has little to no use tbh. I leveled my herbalism to lvl 13 at Skalitz(yes during the unexpected guest) and it only helped me get 2 levels of str(total 3 right now). And i totally depleted Skalitz village herbs(which are around 1500+) so you make the math

Yeah i get that but as a passive perk its not gonna hurt and you did go up 3 levels so thats really not bad for just picking flowers...lol

anyway to hunt without it being considered stolen meat? also what woods are your fav spot to hunt?

I got allot of strength by practicing combat with Bernard, with none lethal weapons so you dont take damage.

also if you go this route make sure to pick up some nettles, after several hundred you'll get a permanent +2 vitality buff called resistance.

Go practice a bunch with Bernard, use a longsword sword. Raises both your sword stats and your strength.

there is a quest in talmberg that Divish will give you, at almost the end of it, there is a guy that tries to hit you with a brick, beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him, he won't go unconcious and you can literally just keep whailing on ihm.

I recommend going out in the woods and just murder a lot of animals. You do not only need your Strength stat to be good but also your Bow stats, going out to hunt without looting for the meat is a good option.

Herbalism is very fast to level, its grindy but probably the fasted way to level strength as well. I had herbalism at 10 already even before I went back to Skalitz for Henry's parents at the start of the game lol.

It's a pretty good way to make money too.
The best way to raise strength is by training with Bernard at the Rattay practice ring. If you haven't unlocked that yet just advance the main quest till you do, doesn't tkae long.

Alternatively, find a plot central NPC (Kunesh works great in the prologue), rear choke them out, then punch them in the head over and over again (will need to prop up the body somehow).

I think deer are considered of limits to hunt... You know, "The Lords deer". But rabbits are fair game. If you hunt deer, get it to a miller ASAP. Probably loses value after it starts to rot
