Pestilence Quest - How long do I have to wait?

I've done the quest, diagnosed the sickness and delivered the cure. The prisoner woke up the next morning and I questioned and brought him to the Rathaus prison.

The quest still says "Wait until the situation clears up" days after I've done this and it still hasn't updated. What am I missing?

it is like 2-3 days for me after that you talk to quest marker guy and he tells you how did it go

Will that update the quest?

I thought it was like the Theresa quest where Henry says "I should probably check up on that"
