Wolf's Head Icon next to Health Bar

After a visit to the bath house I noticed an icon to the left of the health bar that looks like a snarling wolf's head in profile with a blue band around the outside that counts down over time.

Searched high and low both in and out of game for an explanation, but couldn't find anything.

Anyone else come across this and know what it signifies?

Baffling.

Most of the other icons are self-explanantory, but not this one, Not to me at least ;)

In inventory, go to player tab, then select buffs subsection, click on wolfs head buff, press Q.

Q will also tell you item, perk, etc stats. Q is your friend.

Edit. Oh, and that's called Alpha male buff, gives you +2 to charisma if i remember correctly.

Found it eventually - means "Alpha Male".

Not sure what advantages or disadvantages it bestows, but there you are!

I can't remember if the buff actually tells you, but if you look at the player stat for charisma, you'll see the base stat and then a blue +2. Anything in blue is from a buff or perk.

Having it selected and pressing Q will open tooltip window with explanation of what it does.
