Sasau Relic for Saintly Remains?

I finished the Saintly Remains quest about 20 hours back in my playthrough. I now got to the part of the main quest where you have to speak to the engineer to build a trebuchet. The problem is, Urban, the guard who's by the engineers house, keeps attacking me because I didn't return the relic as part of the Saintly Remains quest.

I've tried returning it, but the quest is still glitched, so that nothing happens when I try to put the bowl back by the cross. I've tried knocking Urban out, but for some reason I can't do any damage to him in a fist fight. I've tried avoiding him, but every time I get by the house with the engineer for the main quest, he starts following me around and won't stop. I don't want to kill him since I don't want the reputation hit and I try to spare anyone I can. Is there any way out of this?

Don't kill him just sneak behind him and knock out (don't kill) . Than picklock the door.

No, it's not "glitched" you had a window of opportunity to return it and you didn't. He was obviously a religious person and is now, and remains to be, pi$$ed at you.

I know, I did the same and have to deal with the consequences of messing up a timed event.

Have you tried returning the relic? I was able to return it myself and Urban is totally cool with me now.

I did, but every time I hit E on the cross in the cave to return the Relic, nothing happens, and I'm stuck with the relic in my inventory.

Are you crouching? I found out that if you crouch, the animation doesn't work. You also have to be almost right on top of the cross to get it to work as well

Took me like 5 tries to make it work lol

TIP FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE BUGGED MISSION!!!

If you arrived in the siege quest and you can't talk to Konrad in the Rocketeer quest because of the Urban guard of this quest (Saintly Remains) for having bugged the delivery of the bowl in the cave you can wait until about 06:30 to 08:00 am until someone from the house wakes up and opens the door to do an errand, follow this NPC and wait for him to open the door back, quickly you must enter together with the NPC and run to the inside door where Konrad is, go A cutscene will occur and you will gain the access key to the house.

I don't remember a bowl at all. I bought a 'bone' from the charlatan and fooled him with that.
