Getting Transport For Stone

I've begun rebuilding Pribyslavitz and I know that I'll need grain, stone etc but I can't buy these until I have transport for them. I've racked my brain trying to think where I can find a "wagoner" as it was said but can't manage. And no one is making a video about it clearly so anyone with a straight answer here would be pretty cool.

Build the woodcutters, bridge, trader.

Now you can trade with the outside world, including having the stone/meat/grain/coal delivered to your settlement.

thank you for confirming that because trying to build other such things led me to believe that a trader would require stone to build thus the dilema. Cheers
