Need help with the volume

So the volume in this game seems to be substantially lower than in other games (no I am not using surround sound with it) that even with max audio I can hardly hear the game. I am playing on window's volume at 50%, but turning that up turns up the volume of all my other games. What can I do?

Windows Sound Mixer has individual per-program volume levels, maybe it's there?

Yeah that's my problem. For some reason steam games don't remember their set volume for me, so I have my master volume at 50%. However, if I want to increase this game's volume, I have to also increase the master volume, and then manually adjust every other game whenever I launch it.
