"Decorated" Combat Jacket?

I recently saw this jacket mentioned on a wiki page (link below), and was wondering if anyone could confirm if it does actually appear in the game (and if so, where)? I've seen the quartered combat jacket that has the sleeves, as well as the sleeveless "quartered outer vest" that has the green and black color scheme, but I haven't seen this one anywhere in the game yet:

You can spawn it using the cheat mod on Nexus. No idea where to find it in-game.

Oh ok thanks, I'm actually playing on console so I couldn't do that, but it's good to know it actually exists. Although I wonder if any npcs actually wear it in-game.

I believe that one is found on high level bandits sometimes, and might be found through other npcs as well. Not completely sure though; I found the "dark combat jacket" that is very similar on some bandits.

Actually, I believe one of the vicar's guards is also wearing one in the Waldensians side quest.

i killed a bandit that had one and i think MAYBE the guy that sells clothes in rattay MIGHT have it, im not sure

The "Black combat jacket" has the ID :

It's different from the "Dark combat jacket" (ID: 48dafad3-3606-b7e8-d1dc-ebc1de6b99bd).

I think the guards fighting and training in Skalitz wear them. Go back there loot the dead guards body. They leave a few everyday. But don't get caught they leave not long after you sneak in behind buildings.

Are you talking about after Skalitz is raided and occupied by bandits, or the actual guards at the beginning of the game?

I think they were Cumans since I have a few full sets of Cuman armor. Its after the invasion and after Henry buried his folks I went back everyday to loot the dead after they fight then leave.
Bandits give me the option to take an ear I never saw them with these guys

Not sure how it happens but I managed to kill and very quickly loot Runt before the cutscene. It only happened once in over a dozen fights with him (used him as practice...), and AFAIK his studded armor is not the same as what the player can get, top and bottom is really black while player can only get a very dark brown. The armor name is the same.

So think there is a lot of variation, but IMHO the armor variables needs a lot of adjustment, hopefully a mod will come along soon and rebalance objectively.

Hm ok, I've just been literally waiting outside the walls of Skalitz every 24 hours, hoping to find some bandits/cumans that might have it. So far all the ways I was told I could get this particular jacket have turned out to be false, so I'm going to try to stay positive with this one.

Can confirm that this one is found on one of the Vicar's bodyguards in that quest given to you by Sir Hanush.

I vaguely remember obtaining the one the OP refers to as well, though I cannot remember where I obtained it.

I write through a translator. This jacket is worn by warriors in a training battle in the village. If you build a certain building in your village. The problem is that warriors only show up to fight. You can knock a warrior to the ground with a long sword, and then abruptly enter stealth mode and strangle him. That's my guess.
