Skalitz tabard

So is there a way to get a Skalitz tabard in game...other than stealing one off the guards at the start?

I bought a Skalitz tabard ( one side red one side orange ) at the Tailor in Rattay.
She also sells a Rattay plain orange or yellow. Plain or decorated.
Check the tailors as they all sell different clothes

However I don`t remember the picklock lvl need to acess those doors and not sure if the loot is random.

Edit: Oh well just have re-read your question and you said "other than stealing one off the guards at the start?" at least is not from the guards at the start. xP

They'll give you one during main quest as a reward. But it's the short one.
Long one I managed to loot from a soldier who died randomly during battle for Pribyslavitz quest.

I didn't want to rob Skalitz...no problem robbing other places at least for this run :p
