Quest Siege Optional quest (E) Camp out of beer?

I completed all optional quests except E. I went to every Tavern in the game and half of them that gives you the option to ask about the keg or two say something like they can't sell me it do to the long trip it will turn to poison or they just refuse. So in other words they won't sell me it and the other half of Taverns don't give me the option to ask about the beer? I know this is not a mandatory quest to finish the siege but I just want to know if anybody knows how to do this optional quest? Most of the quests in the game give you many ways to do them I even bought the 15 beers at each tavern so I ended up with something like 140-150 beers in my inventory I took it to the camp that was out of beer and there was no one to give it to so I dumped them all on the ground and gave up trying! So what is up with that?

no no. you have to go to inn in the glade and convince the innkeeper there to supply the camp, everyone else the quest points you to complains that they're already dangerously low themselves. you just getting beer isn't how you do it, its not like the food optional that you can do as many times as you want by just collecting meat in its hundreds.
(which incidentally you can really easily do by any fight where enemies had horse, since they dismount to fight you can then kill the horses for hundreds of meat each.

Well, when I talk to the Glade innkeeper, he tells me No, then my next two options to him are something like this (1) he does not pay taxes so he should help and (2) the other is something like he should be ashamed of not helping? I have used both on him and he gets mad at me and every time I talk to him the same thing happens with no help to send the kegs. I even used bard potion to have high speech and still that same two options with him always saying he needs to learn something about me but he won't help me.

But thanks for letting me know that he is the one to do it but in my game he won't help me. Just a side note FYI this is my hardcore neg 9 play-through so I can't kill anybody so I did not do any of the side quests and none of his so maybe that is why he won't help me.
