herod's sword is still "stolen" even after 3 in game weeks HELP

hello im in a dead end here i stole herod's sword and its been like 3 in game weeks and it wont be marked as a normal item it still counts as stolen is it a bug or something i havent got that problem with other items

As for this, idk why but some items are marked stolen for lots longer times. I stole 3 dices from riddler, 2 of them lucky ones, 1 is fine but the other is stolen albeit it was taken at same time and they're identical. Maybe a bug.

there is a way to "clean" stolen items.
sell them to the miller near rattay and then buy them back.
you can steal your money back afterwards.
its in a chest in a shack near the mainbuilding.
the chest is very hard though.
