i think maybe there is just 1 ending
(you can easily find them on youtube)
After you speak to Nicodimus(Or whatever his name is) Matthias will suddenly wake up, speak to him.
when do you talk to johanka? after she is jailed? if so, how? and do I talk to nicodimus or mattias after she is jailed?
Legit made me uncomfortable.
You are tasked with the objective to get Johanka to be humble, you need to speak to her while she is in jail but the guard won't let you without a document. Pickpocket the Inquisitor back at the monastery while he sleeps and obtain the document. At first she won't agree to be humble, tell this to Nicodimus, then go talk to the recovering Mathias, he will give you his lucky dice. Go back talk and persaude Johanka again.
My ending she was repentant and the Inquisitor asked the people to accept her back into the fold :)
Female prophets generally don't fare well in the bosom of Mother Church.
Even Hildegard von Bingen had to nearly die on several occasions to get her way, and she had authority.
