Merhojed Pestielnce "Plague" quest fail

So I was playing the game, and I looked up best horse and saddle in the game, and supposedly its located in the Merhojed village.
However, I failed that quest long time ago, there are no horses, and the trader doesnt sell noble saddles.
What now

Merhojed stables should repopulate horses over a few game days, typically no longer than a week, but I'm unsure if that's the case if the quest fails.

As for Noble's 4-bag saddle, that's available in Neuhof always.

If for some reason Merhojed stables don't repop, you might consider Al-Buraq as a worthy alternative, also available in Neuhof.
