Tourney is a dlc content, and with the current version the dlc content always has a specific marker to start it, on the map or in dialogue options.
The on-map marker is, I assume, the one in Samopesh, which is associated with the Tourney dlc.
The other dlc are accessed later in the game sequence than 'Awakening'.
Anyway you should get the DLC upgrade, they are awesome and round out the game very nicely.
Open your inventory open the quests tab and db click it to stop that constant reminder its on. Disable any quests and then re-enable when you are ready to play them.
Play some of the many many side quests and explore the whole map learn to read etc first .
