He wasn't carrying one though.
I saw him again now, daytime, he walks up and down the dirt road along side the Mill. He says hey you then oh my god and oh no then runs away I was slightly over weight with herbs but chased him down the road past the back end of the mill, then up the hill on the right omg, there's a small track leads to training ground Bernard, and the other way behind the monestry. I see him quite often next time I'l catch him. Didnt' know there was a track there lol. He's dressed like a soldier orange but no helmet or weapons . Could be a bandit I let go lol.
Lol, weird. I guess it could be a bandit. Maybe it’s a Henry fanboy stalking you and running away when you see him.
Dead NPC's come back to life after some time (creepy, I know!). And in their 'undeath' they still 'remember' that you attacked them. Eventually, they will forget you, especially if you have the Ordinary Mug perk.
It's a really stupid 'feature' of KCD, probably a bug. It usually doesn't do much harm to you. Just let them go and report you, and if the guards come running - just surrender and pay a fine for 'brawling'.
My Henry does not do bad quests that require stealing or kill etc.
This guy runs away though when he sees me.
Will look up the ordinary Mug Perk cant say I've seen that one.
I am kind of blown away by this..
Did 9 days jail for accidently killing a villager in the forest near the Cathedral at Sasau I thought was a bandit.
Thank you Axxius and if I solve it will post back.
Love the quirkiness of this game you never know what can happen.

I chased him up the MT then set mutt onto him who brought him down not dead I punched him to stop him he was unconscious I slipped off the edge and climbed back up only 2 meters but he was gone. Should I have killed him?
I didnt want to kill him as I wanted to find what 's up. He's a way fairer what is that?

Heh. That's why I never ever let loose my arrows in the forest until those baboons decides to draw their swords.
If I sneak near them, and they ask whose there etc, 90% chance it's a bandit.

This wayfairer comes out of nowhere sees me and runs away but the reputation info pops up. I Don't have any wanted issues or stolen issues. Maybe I have a ghost lol.
Should have saved it at that point as I got killed by 5 Cumans further up that mountain. Awesome place to go exploring for coin .
EDIT
Well I finally had enough and killed him. lol Tackled him in the middle of the river behind the Mill too. I'll wait and see if his ghost comes back again may have to visit a church priest then

Then he runs off to can the catch pole. Did you come across him? Maybe he's running indefinitely
@uncleseano
Sounds interesting, no haven't seen him yet, I met a riddle man today and won :)
I tackled my friend in the middle of the river just up from the Mill and then stomped on his head, carried him into the trees and didn't even rob him. I was too scared to rob him incase he was a ghost lol
Not seen him since.
