Light armor archer?

I want to do a light armor archer build but not sure how.

Chain and padded armours are your best bet without being too squishy.
Although I don't think your going to being doing much archery. Maybe 1 or 2 shots before they close in on you.
You could build around the Light Armour perk. You can where an Aachen Brigandine, Brigandine Vambraces with it still active.
With just light armour though you will most likely die too easy, especially against multiple opponents, unless you are really good at parrying/master strikes.

Initially I wanted to do that too. However, I scraped that idea and did a heavy armor archer build.

Works perfect.

Am also at max level, but only mid game.

Horse archer is a good option here; light armor like brigandine chest and pauldrons, good gambeson underneath, solid open-face helm, you should be fine. Work on agility and carry a sharp 1h sword, Stinger, Reliable blade, etc.
