Unable to make dandelyion syrup...because of damn honey

Currently I'm having alchemy at 19 and have brewed every potion in the game - except for dandelion syrup. As a completionist, I feel the urge to brew it - but I just can't.
Why?

...I can't use the honey while doing alchemy.
Also, I tried getting the recipe for the syrup (e.g. from rattay) - while the game marks the recipe as "new/unread", when I try to read it, the game tells me "you already know this recipe". However, in the book next to the alchemy tables, there is NO such recipe.

As I searched a bit, I found, that this same problem occurred ~2 years ago as a bug. Is it still NOT fixed? Has anyone experienced the same?

I think you need to buy the honeycomb from the alchemist.
You also need the recipe.
Afaik it was removed from KCD
I'll have go at brewing it. I have all the recipies havent seen that one.

I can't image, that the honeycombs from the alchemist will be "better" than the ones which you can collect at the beehives.

As you edited your post: were you able to brew it or was it removed by the developers and therefore it isn't possible to brew it?

I believe this has been renamed to Lazarus potion instead. According to wiki.
