Better needles (as throwing weapons)

It would be cool if needles actually dealt damage to enemies, since they can hit vital points and all, or make a Dart item using needles for throwing could also work.

Damage would be based on Anatomy, throwing and tactics. Crafting poisoned needles that inflicts poison and/or bleeding too.

Damage should not be too high, since their advantage would be able to be carry around more since they are small and light.

Would be nice to be able to make poison as a use for Fly Amanitas too.
