Magical Aspect: Randomizes the strength of the magical properties (and can randomly change subtype of magical properties)
Magical Binding: Randomly changes the subtype of a magical property (skill, stat, and karma)
Magical Essence: Either grants a nonenchanted item a magical property or rerolls all existing magical properties on an already enchanted item. It will not change the total number of properties on said item so if it has three magical properties the Magical Essence randomly grant it three magical properties.
Magical Extract: Randomly strengthens an existing magical property on an item. This will have diminishing returns the stronger the item is already enchanted.
Magical Twine: Increases the quality of level of an item up to Exceptional.
Legendary is now called Exceptional and is the purple grade. Orange grade is a new tier above called Mastercrafted that can only be achieved through crafting (so no mastercrafted ash or offal). To maximize your chance of crafting a Mastercrafted item you will need high amount of skill, high quality materials, and high quality tools. To get a Mastercrafted item with three properties on it you will want 100% in the crafting skill, and four properties at least 125% in the crafting skill.
There is no additional bonus or benefit to crafting with a Mastercrafted item versus an Exceptional item. They both offer the same Efficacy and I did some save scumming where I swapped Exceptional and Mastercrafted ingots around and they yielded the same results.
With that said... tools though a Mastercrafted tool does matter (particularly if its Group rating is impacted by its quality) and so you will want to eventually make Mastercrafted tools.

It could use some improvements and a few more screenshots, but hopefully it helps.
