Is it possible to mod the full body sprite?

I was kind of curious as to whether the recent modding updates would allow me to mod the base character sprite and skin colours, rather than just the hairstyles! Main reason I'm asking is because I'd been thinking of making a few custom race mods for fun (Stuff like playing as an orc or a zombie), more for appearance than anything else.

Alright, I've managed to get the character sprite editing to work! Unfortunately, the changes aren't shown on the character creator, which led to some confusion wherein I thought the mod wasn't working. Launching the game has the sprite show up just fine, however.

Ah ya, we'll need to work on supporting sprite modding the character creation menu. It may take quite a bit of work if I recall, but I've added it to the todo. Thanks!
