An incredible RPG, with a very rich story, amazing characters, very well written quests, whether they are main or side ones and an excellent OST.
In terms of gameplay, it’s not the game’s strongest point, but the combat is still quite satisfying, and the character progression is cool without being too in depth.
In short, I highly recommend this game if you’re looking for a long adventure to invest many hours in, it’s clearly an unforgettable journey !

The Hook: I spent 200 hours ignoring my missing daughter and the literal end of the world because a man in a muddy field told me his prize-winning goat was missing.


The Vibe: Geralt isn't a hero; he's a high-functioning pest control agent in a world that smells like wet dog and political betrayal. You save a village from a soul-eating forest demon, and your reward is 10 gold pieces and a stale piece of bread from a man who immediately spits at your feet. It’s the first game that perfectly captures the feeling of having a 9-to-5 job where the "office" is a swamp full of drowners.


The Physics: Your horse, Roach, does not obey the laws of physics; she obeys the laws of eldritch geometry. One minute you’re galloping through a forest, and the next, your horse is performing a vertical handstand on the roof of a cottage because you looked at a fence the wrong way. Geralt himself moves with the grace of a cargo ship in a bathtub—he doesn't "walk," he just negotiates his weight with the earth.
