Anyone else find that "Can't run" slender page?

I had the NO NO NO NO NO page, but I cant exactly remember where I saw it. But I suspected as much that it would be a nudge to our beloved creepy pasta entity.

I saw the cant run one, its behind a tree, near one of the leaf training zones, (second one i think)

I've found 2 in the SOMA facility. The tree page and one with the thin bastard himself.

I can only assume that finding all 8 unlocks an achievement, I just hope the devs didn't try to add any jumpscares as well related to it...

I've found several. I didn't know they were referencing Slender, though.

Pretty sure they're referencing him. at first i didn't realize it and thought they pointed at the game monsters, then i noticed the devs are the one who made Slender: the arrival...

anyway, i found some, but there's one depicting the forest from the slender game and with the slenderman itself on it, it's in wendigo lake, when you enter the temple near the end, there a big room where you need to revive three trees to advance. when you enter, on your right there an elevated part you can only rech by jumping on a broken pillar and double jumping there. there's a chest, and a flight of stairs leading to a wall, the page is on the left side of the stairs.

I'm noticing that what is wrtitten on the pages changes each time I play the game and find them again. It's very random what they show.

These are the locations I've found them in.

Wendigo Lake : The final "temple area" of the level, jump onto broken pillar, then double jump to get to a high platform with a crate and a starcase leading to a "door". On the left side of the staircase is a page.

Susurrus Valley : The hidden cave by the shore that you have to water skip to get to. There's a little ruins at the top of the hill there with stairs leading up to some weird shrine. Behind the tree next to the shrine is a page.

Titan Rock : Found in the secret cave. There's only one secret cave in Titan Rock.

Soma Facility : Found in the room with the statue, on the back of a concrete pillar.

Soma Reactor Core : During the rail run there's a 5 alcove area with 5 railcarts docked in the alcoves. When facing this alcove there's a page on the wall to the right.

Camp Henday : Found in a metal crate with an open door in the area outside by the giant silos.

Proving Grounds : On the ground floor of the swinging training area. It's on the back of one of the larger trees by one of the cliff walls.

Smoke Lake : Found on the back of a tree near the 2 crate camp site with 4 wendigos guarding it. Go past the camp to the shore, then travel along the shore and you might spot it on one of the larger trees.


All of the messages available are:

- "FOLLOWS" with a stick figure Slenderman

- "HELP ME"

- "CAN'T RUN"

- "LEAVE ME ALONE" with a tree(?)

- "DON'T LOOK OR IT TAKES YOU" with a stick figure Slenderman

- "ALWAYS WATCHES. NO EYES." with a weird eye

- One that's an obvious picture of Slenderman in the middle with a bunch of "NO NO NO NO NO" on either side of him.

- And one picture of slenderman in the midst of a bunch of trees. No words.


These are exact copies of the ones in the Slender game.

Clicking on the pictures makes two giant footstep sounds, like "booms". Nothing happens otherwise. Kind of a shame that there's no scare here.

yeah... the normal monsters creep me out enough (and I don't find them too creepy) and that boom, boom that apparently happens... yeah i'm good.
