[PS4] Can't unlock full game !!!!

Hi,
I wanted to buy full game after I played the Trial version.
I paid, but the game never unlocked.
When I restart the game it always starts in trial version, with the possibility to go in the PS Store to "unlock the full game" on the main screen. When I use that link, it brings me to "The Surge page" on PS Store (normal) and the game appears installed (normal too, I PAID) But coming back in the game, it's still in trial version....
I tried to delete/re-install the game, delete my saves 150 times: nothing works...

What's going on? What can I do? Am I the only one in this case?

The Full Version is a separate product. Delete the demo version from your console and then load the full version of the game.
