3840x 2160 locked at 30 fps ?
Try the game this morning in 3840x2160 resolution but it look like locked at 30 fps with vsync on . Try to disable vsync and refreshing frequence goes up to 51 fps so its ok but i have tearing on screen that not a suitable solution. Is there any way to unlock the vsync to the monitor framerate @60 hz or possible to input 60 hz value in slider without using windowedmode ? thanks for reply guys have fun ;)

That's exactly how VSync should work on a 60Hz monitor without GSync / FreeSync. If your PC can't hit the refresh rate of your monitor (in this case 60) it will lock to the next syncable rate (in this case 30). Windowed mode is using VSync as well; Windows is forcing it to.

If you want to play without locking the framerate to 30 you have to either:
1. Play the game with Tripple Buffering (adds another frame of latency)
2. Play without VSync (with tearing)
3. Buy a monitor with GSync or FreeSync

Ty for reply ;) i will try 1, others games are @60hz synchronized to monitor with vsync on basically without modifing buffering. i will make a nvidia profil for this.

Triple buffering also uses more memory for framebuffer so it can be slower aside from just potential latency.

I'd suggest trying Fast Sync since it behaves like triple buffering but with less memory overhead and less latency. It's usually recommended for when you are exceeding the monitor refresh rate but I've actually had good experiences using it for situations where the framerate is lower than the refresh rate. In some games it can cause a bit of microstuttering so you have to check that but usually it looks better than adaptive v-sync or nothing at all.

input lag is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I always play with it off.

Thats because in other games you are reaching, or exceeding 60fps. This game is fairly demanding, and as you said, when you disabled vsync you were only getting 51 fps.

Screen tearing occurs when a partial frame is displayed. Vsync fixes that (to put it simply) by forcing your gpu to only output completed frames when the monitor refreshes. To do this it has to either display 60 frames a second for a 60hz monitor (1 per refresh). If it can't hit 60, and its only hitting 50, then the next best thing it can do is display a new frame every second refresh, which is 30fps.

Ok i try to triple buffering in nvdia profil cause i didn't find ingame possibility to set it.

Then i hard reboot and lauch the game again and it stay at 30 fps.

Then i try in bordless window mode and the frame goes up to 50+ fps with triple buffering off( maybe cause windows force it).

Even in full or bordless there is no possibilities to move the slider to set a value 60 hz in graphical ingame options. (dunno why it doesn't work)

I try set it in setting.ini with 60 value it was 120 (vanilla) and fullscreen mode and launch gain and it stay at 30 fps.

So bordless is for the moment best option for me to rise fps up. That strange cause on others game bordless create more fps loss for me than fullscreen mode usually but here i cant test the difference.

If you disable all forms of vsync (go fullscreen and disable nvidia profile and ingame) and you aren't reaching 60fps, then there won't be any way to get 60fps.

The triple buffering setting in the nvidia control panel *only* applies to OpenGL games (it should even say so when you hover over it or whatever).

You need to enable fast-sync if you want to get something like triple buffering that will work in D3D games. Either that or use some external tool like rivatuner. But fast-sync should be the best option.
