about new dlc

hey just beat the episode 1 and now playing 2 but cant get the door open of first area, how to open it? is it a bug or do i have to do a specific action to open it?

Until you reach nucleus (the final area) you can only exit the DLC through the same door you entered.Once you reach nucleus and enter the DLC area the DLC acts as a hub. This is done in order to keep the original pacing of the game.

im not talking about the entry points to the new dlc area, just the beginning of the episode 2 in new dlc, there is a door and it wont open for me even after killing all the mobs, i dunno what to do i cant progress in episode 2 since the door not opening

O this.. There is a platform half way in that area, it's a square tile. When you stand on it, the arrow on the door should be pointing down and the gate should go down as well. Wait for it to go all the way, and the lights on the 3 platforms the moobs attack from turn green. Then proceed..
