DLC do the Implants Speed and Hit by high Energy Stack?

As the Headder says do the Implants Speed and Hit by high Energy bonus Stack if you Equip 2+ of them?

I can´t see any big difference on the Atack speed so i wonder if they do...

No, they do not stack.
The Velocity Array also does not stack with the Lynx armor set bonus.

Yeah Lynx not stacking with a velocity array was a big disappointment.

Is it same with enrudance array and MG Gorgon set bonus ?
Or
Rhino set bonus + implant : increase impact with high energy
Or
MG Cerberus + implant : increase defense with high energy

These implants give you a freedom for your build.
You want attack speed but you don't want LYNX armor.
You want stamina regen but you don't want MG Gorgon armor.

Is it exact for all these implants ?
