how to get the westwolf gear set from the latest DLC?

even though I kill and dismember the wolf totem boss, it wont let me collect the arnour schematic, it only gives components as if the game thought I already had the schematic

Yeah. It also gives me spirit animal armour instead of Westwolf. And nowhere I’ve searched has helped.

The boss has to actually wear the armor. When starting a run you can see how likely it is for him to wear the upgraded versions at the V2 stat. Maxing it (I think it says very high?) guaranteers him wearing full V2 armor. Otherwise it varies for each armor piece whether it is the normal or upgraded one.
