Is dlc difficulty "the good the bad and the augmented" is scale to new game + ?

it does scale n its probably more enjoyable in ng+ n beyond.
casue in NG you have to unlock the different episodes by maingame story progress.
so you play 1-2 episodes n than youre forced to return to mainstory
in ng+ n beyond you have all episodes unlocked from the very beginning

if your playing the game for the very first time i would do the GBA dlc when ever possible it adds quiet alota good implantz n weapons

yeah it is. all the dlcs will scale with your level. anything past new game plus that is

What happens with items that were not maxed before you went to NG+ is it impossible to upgrade them now? I am wondering if I should upgrade everything to its max level before going to NG+?
