does the game get easier towards end?
once you upgraded your character, does it become easier, or still too difficult?

Every non-boss enemy is exactly as deadly as the previous one (assuming your weapons and armor are on par with theirs), which is the hallmark of games like this. The only thing that changes is your skill.

Orion has it right, but that being said, you can totally be OP by leveling/upgrading, it's just what OP means to you in such a game

this is what i am asking, do you become OP towards mid to end game? or it stays very hard / difficult to kill each mob? i.e. does character / weapon progression impact the difficulty

You can level up to the point of equipping enough implants to make your life easy, but enemies will always be on the same level as you are. You can only upgrade your weapons and armor to be on the same level as theirs.

As I learned to play the game better, and also got a good build down (~mid/late game) my character was pretty much a god.
Very rewarding experience, esp going back to previous areas and trashing everyone.

You still can be killed easily in any part of the game if you try to walk/run off your guard. And last level is still hard. Upgrading armor/weapon is crucial for your survival, but game will start to feeling easy as your skill will grow.

I switched my implants to focus on health on execution and energy generation : three hits to the head (it took me a while to realize this but hitting the head deal way way way more damage) is enough to execute most enemies and said execution regenerates 40% health. While I wouldn't call this easy it's definitly easier than it was in the beginning.

it gets easier as a result of the rather small variety of enemies. But stats wise, you can't overlevel enemies so they will always be deadly. From beginning to start, enemies can destroy you easily if you're not paying attention.

Aye this pretty much ;)

Ehhhh, it's "easier" because your implants and gear are significantly better but it's "harder" because there's a bunch of trashmobs grouped up more often whose damage is scaled up to **** on your armor anyway.

Something smething don't get hit I guess
