Stuck don't know where to go **End Game Final Level**
I reached the Utopia whatever room killed the weird block enemy, entered some code and some kind of Silo went beneath the floor. I went to the second floor of that Utopia room and did the lvl 30 override on the pipe. Passed that I get to some room called Launchpad 02 (I think) picked up a weapon (Heavy) and an audio log overlooking what looks like a boss arena, there is also a computerized door in the same room.

I had the same issue. If you go to the third floor (single crystal monster blocking a tunnel) there's a drop down with two more crystal monsters and an overloadable pipe. Overload it, head back to floor 1 and then the crystal thing blocking your path when you first got there will be gone.

In the utopia preparation classified area I took an eco lift down to a walkway that led to a single override pipe, the wall on the first floor is still blocking me, is that what you
meant or something else?

Go to the metro station where the shortcut is to Central Production B close by the train there is a hole in the wall that leads to floor 3 go there and there should be an overcharge panel close by use that to to open the nano door on floor 1.

OK, let's try it this way. Go back the way you came into the the room you've "uploaded some code" in until you reach the intersection of service shafts you fought the elite guards in - look for a white tank with a "flower" sign drawn on it, as well as an arrow pointing in the direction you just came from. There's a pathway on the far end (in the opposite direction of the arrow), take it.

Don't remember the exact progression from there, but I'm sure there would be an intersection at one point. Try both of them - one of them leads back to Nitrogen Pump Station (wrong direction), the other leads to a room called something something Escape something. That's the right direction; the room looks like a long hall with another of these blocky enemies sauntering around in it (you will enter the room from a shaft to an elevated stage with a computer or two on it). Defeat the blocky enemy (advisable), then open the door on the far end from the point you came in from. What you should see when you open it is an elevator (a proper one, not an exolift). When you're going to the elevator, be mindful of your right - there would be a shortcut back to the 2nd floor Ops Station (via the big room with two chrysalids in it). That's where you're supposed to go, but I'll leave the rest for you to uncover.

well, startin from MedBay at stgae 2.
- go to the right n follow the path leading behind the medbay. ( come across a proteus n a crystalis )
- at the end is a door probably still locked, open n go though
you come in a red corridor with toxic waste on the ground.
in its end is a locked door, shortcut to the stage 1 staircase
- right infornt of that door is a drop down, well do it drop down.
you are in another red corridor with toxic waste, end very end is enlightend, DONT go there
- instead take the path to the right, leading down a staritcase n to an exolift. use it.
you come to a room ful of proteusbodies
- take the path to the right to enother exolift
you are now in a bigger grey hallway with one of these large crystal blobbs, you have to reach the door behind him
- progression on there is an elovator at the very end, and a glass door to the right
the glass door is a shortcut back to OPS stage 2
- using the elovator you'll come to a trainstation, dont use the train, drop down the hole in the end of that corridor.
- you'll end up at OPS stage 3, with 2 of these crystal blobbs in front of you

The Nucleus is a freakin' nightmare to navigate. I've been up and down all 3 levels, picked up nearly every pyramid and audio log and still can't figure it out. Now I got freakin' crystal mass roaming all over the place, those things are a pain to override and their spawn are demons from hell. Those things are just health refill eaters.
