Where are -all- the security doors?

So, here's the ones I've found thsu far.

Abandoned Site: 1 security door deep underground, leading to a small area behind.
Central Production: A security door deeper in the Circulation Tower that gives you the MG Negotiator for free
3rd area (Biolab): 3 security doors that all lead to a small, inter-connecting area, with lots of security behind it
R&D: 3security doors which lead to the area with the "Chrysalis" enemies
Did I miss any? I don't wanna progress through the Security area before I hit 'em all.

The last area of the game. A VERY confusing section. Also, the meltdown happening all around you as you go through it adds a wonderful feeling of isolation and fear.

But there more security doors there which you will need to open to progress to the end.

Yeah that area is the most confusing the first time around, but security doors exist all the way up to the first area even.

Whenever I get the last suit I go all the way back and revisit all the previous areas so I can find them as each area has at least one of those doors

+ in the middle of the toxicwaste area (path to 2nd boss)
just a small room with an audiolock i guess
