Little wrench icon under health?

I have a feeling I missed something somewhere. I seem to have picked up this little wrench icon under my health at some point. I don't know what it signifies or how to fix whatever problem it indicates. What does this mean?

It means one of your armor set bonuses is active, check your stats page to see what it actually does. I think the wrench is from the Lynx one, which makes your attacks faster when you're at full health

You're wearing the full Rhino armour set, each armour set has its own icon. The Rhino has extra damage using damage implants like the counterweight injectable.
