i know thats why i whent back to talk to her i found it in my second playthough but i overloaded the room before i thought of talking to her

You can't actually "talk" to her in the server room either mate, don't worry. The interact button in the server room JUST unlocks the achievement, "Turing Test" and nothing else.

Yeah soon as you overcharge it, the front readout reads CHKDSK too, meaning "check disk" obviously there's a hardware fault after the overcharge.

Doesn't matter, before or after overcharge, you can't "talk" to SALL in that room.

Jesus, he/she did say they went BACK to a medbay to try to talk to her BEFORE doing the overcharge.

It would have been a nice little touch if you could get some more dialogue out of her after finding out the truth.

Mallory is the gal, Hobbes talks about if you visit him in the MedBay after progressing through the story further.

To be fair, the absolute lack of any resolution, closure or even an ending to her plotline left me very disappointed, as well. It's pretty obvious she's an AI, if not before the Board Room then at least afterwards, but... What was her goal? What was she trying to achieve? Why was she trying to achive it? Did she put Warren in Abandoned Production? There's a fine line between minimalist storytelling and no storytelling whatsoever.

Aye, the lack of any option to call her out on her B.S (she was obviously lying and manipulating Warren the entire time - she was playing the poor trapped damsel, pretending to be a human ect ect - plus all the stuff we learn she puts Mallory through) was quite disappointing.

Why does Warren still happily go along with her plans after learning all this? There should've been a branching path here in the story: she pleads her case and you either agree to keep helping her, or refuse and she grows mad at you (like with Mallory) which could perhaps leading to her inhabiting the body of a robot or something as an optional boss fight!

Well, maybe not "confront" but I would have liked to see more dialogue options for her. She does have dialogue for Davey and Hopps, why not for Irina or Jo? Why not for Mallory. There already is an option to confront Davey with Jo's thing after finding her audio log in her hideout, so why not do the same with Mallory? I know this isn't exactly Mass Effect, but we could have used more optional conversations. Or, at the very least, why not drop an audio log later on that has to do with Sally like there is for the nannite stuff? Up until the end, I thought Sally was the Rogue Process.

I wouldn't consider it optional. Sally's part in the story is obviously a central and big one. Not being able to confront her over the fact that she isn't a person, as I said, really feels like a huge miss.
