Anyone having this Issue during the Big Sister fight?

Its so hard to lock on to the arms during the second phase. Like, The mechanic works so awkwardly, Like it locks on to arms i wasnt intending or it wont lock on at all or when im locked on to one arm and wanna switch it doesnt work or it unlocks me completely and messed me over.

This is the first major issue ive had so far in the game :/

EDIT : WHY WOULD THE DEVS LET YOU LOCK ON TO AN ALREADY DESTROYED ARM WHAT THE ACTUAL F-CK.
And btw, The whole lockon system is broke af in that whole fight. I hate making bug complaints on the steam forum, Wish more devs had a direct place where you can send bugs BUT This needs to be looked in on.

Dont allow player to lock onto destroyed parts
FIX THE LOCK ON SWITCH BETWEEN ARMS CAUSE ITS SO JANKY
And all and all, Fix the lockon system in that fight. It should be pretty clear im not aiming for the arm behind me but rather the arm in front of me -____-

This is the first major issue ive ran into and im on the 3rd boss so its really not a crazy huge deal just really annoying.

if you are having trouble, i found the fight is super easy if you weaken all the limbs first before you break him down to 3 and start his heat up phase

i don't really rely on lockon for the bosses anyway, they are too big for the camera to handle.

Dont bother about the second phase, Destroy the first two arms, then just run past the 4 arms and attack Big Sister, you still get the V2 Weapon.

Just do not try to use lock on, or it will target one of the 4 arms and screw the camera angle.

Was having some issues too here's how I did it -

phase 1 easy - kill the two arms

phase 2 - ignore the little arms - run up to the platform (as far as you can go) and to the right (of the big sister) that's a more or less safe area, then go in, hurt the big sister, then go out.

Additional tip - equip yourself to maximize life and heals (can take off health bar implant on bosses)

Additional tip - I used fast weapons

I just did it on NG++ and was getting angry at the camera. Best bet is to just unlock target, then start hitting a welder arm. It will then target the one you are attacking.

If you want the special weapon, kill 2 of the welder arms at max. I do the ones on the left, and hug the big sister on that side.

I didn't lock on here. I used a big ass sword, um... wrench, to whack the living ♥♥♥♥ out of the arms until they fell off. I only went through two of my med injections too. The final phase is also really easy if you stay close and use a two hander. At least it was for me. Good luck.

When you run up to her run to the left or right, do not lock on, just keep bashing her, and keep dodging. Use health as needed.

And yes the Camera in the Big Sister Fight sucks.

Also, disable the auto-lockon options that lock on when you hit something, and when your current target dies. Made the fight so much more manageable.
