How to get to Big Sister 1/3?

Since I returned back to Central Production B from talking to the doctor in Resolve Biolabs, I've saw the cutscene but now I can't get to the next boss as the lift is unavailable. Is there something else I need to do? As I must have searched literally every part of Central Production B for something.

When you return, a bunch of people is fighting close to circuitry tower.. Look up at the wall for the drone activation point.

Rule of thumb if you find a seemingly locked door with no way to open it, look up around the area...

Yeah there is a fight on a bridge between npcs, which has a locked door at the end, use your drone to open it (power breaker is higher than the door on the left

eerm ive done that all and got the mk 2 exo and talked to that girl next to the mk2 exo but she isn't there anymore and it wont let me go on the little exo lift
