Health injectable issue

Hey so I dont know if this is a bug or I missed something.

Since like the beginning of the game I have had the health injectable implant that gives you the 3 injectables that give you 80 health. I realized I had mroe of them to I went up to having 6 injectables. Now for whatever reason it doesnt show I have 6 even though I still am using the implants. Now in a fight when I go to use one by pressing B on the xbox controller is says "Not enough energy" or "Cant use now" and when I do have energy it makes the noise when I use it but it doesnt give me the 80 health.

Soooo super odd and I dont know how to fix this. I used to be able to use the injectables whenever but now nothing seems to work and its kinda making the game unplayable as I need the injectables for bosses.

Read the description of the implant carefully. You equipped the one that heals for energy. You can chose between different equipped injections with d-pad down.

Are you using the correct implant? There is one that trade energy for health, and I'd dare to say that you confused the two of them.

You are using the one that trades energy for heal, I think the base one gives you 30HP for 20 energy, press right to cycle injectables, if you can't see more then you unequiped the other one that has 3 uses.

See I tried that and I figured out which one was which. But the one that gives you the 3 injectables for 80 health doesn't work anymore. I use it and it makes the sound that I used it but my health won't go up.
