Maddy quest bugged?

So I talked to the robot, which supposed to be the npcs little girl, right? And now? Nothing happens, no new dialog with t he guy in the ops.

After you finish the area and come back with the Security Rig, Alec gives you a Vital Boost implant, with Maddy being inside the OPS center. Then the next part of quest begins.

So... if I leave the area and go back, I will complete it?

The area needs to be reset. Progressing in the story, dying or saving and loading will reset the area. I found maddy inside ops after i died, i did not have the security rig.
