what is the best armor to put on max to ng+?
opinion on tittle please :)

Black Cerberus is the beefiest one out there I believe.

well i on the right path then...

i just took iron maus armor, and he not cost any core and have a descent protection.

PROTEUS all the way. +25% HP gain from heals is amazing, and the passive HP regen is nice (although it's pretty slow, it's nice to patch up the occasional stray hit between enemies).

It consumes slightly more core power in exchange for slightly better defense. Couldn't be arsed to farm a full set of bloody since I upgraded the regular to Mk5 and called it a day.

Not to mention that while the enemies that wear it look like puny skellingmans, it is actually a Goliath Rig so it has amazing Stability.

Personally though, I'll never stop wearing my Black Cerberus Rig <3

I spent a while farming some in the R&D lab, but mainly because that enemy gives you a v2.0 of its weapon and level 4 mats so I was able to have an almost full set of lvl 5 gear and a weapon by the time I left (had nano cores already).

Just cosmetic but, for whatever reason, they cost 3 Core Power more then the standard one.

And as for me if you dont look for actual Set Bonus i always run around with RHINO Arms and the Rest with LYNX Set. You have a pretty hard hitter (each Arm gives you +30% DMG / Impact) who can also run / dodge enough attacks for you to survive. Just keep in mind your armor / stability is pretty low. Its a Hit and Run Setup but i managed to win my first Run with it. So far in NG+ (Area 2 as of now speaking) it pretty much is my facourite combo.

Otherwise PROTEUS looks pretty damn nice if you play with Weapons above Twin Rigged / One Hand / Staff since the +Attackspeed really shines with the heavier Arsenal.

Non one is capable of giving a smart answer it seems...

IT DEPENDS ON YOUR PLAYSTYLE...

I use claws, and chrysalis, because i have a fast paced playstyle, it just depends on what kind of weapon you use, and the way you play man

Chrysalis for light armor.
Gorgon for medium armor.
Proteus for heavy armor.
These are best variants of each.

Honestly this armor is just dope...

I also like the bloody proteus though mostly for asthetics.
